What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Instruments that arrive dead on arrival (DOA)
- Screen, button, rotary switch, or measurement-function failures under normal use
What is not covered
- Physical damage from drops, liquid, or misuse
- Damage caused by measuring beyond the instrument rated range
- Normal wear of consumables (test leads, batteries, fuses)
How to make a claim
- Email 1@zoyitools.com with your order number, a short description, and a photo or video of the issue.
- We respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
- For confirmed defects within 30 days of delivery: we send a free replacement — no need to return the faulty unit in most cases.
- For defects after 30 days: we ship replacement parts or a replacement unit depending on the issue.
We handle every claim directly. You will never be redirected to a third party.
