Coverage works the same way in year two as in year one: if the instrument fails in normal use, we ship you a replacement unit. You are never asked to return the faulty instrument at your own cost, and there is no repair queue to wait in.
Add this to your cart alongside the instrument it covers. One extension per instrument. Covers manufacturing and component failure in normal use; it does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse. This is a commercial guarantee offered in addition to your statutory rights, which are unaffected.
